Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical / Design Manager to join our growing landscape contracting team.

Work on prestigious high-end projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the landscape design and technical department.

Review, develop, and coordinate landscape design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Coordinate with materials engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications and approvals.

Provide technical guidance on plant selection, hardscape, irrigation, and sustainable design solutions.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure design intent and quality are achieved.

Oversee preparation of design submittals, technical reports, and value engineering proposals.

Support project teams with technical clarifications, RFI responses, and design-related issues during execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 10 years of experience with leading landscape contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.

Strong knowledge of landscape construction, planting, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials.

Proven track record in design management, technical coordination, and authority submissions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), MS Office, and design presentation tools.
