Technical Design Manager - Interior Fit-out

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Design Manager with Interior Fitout and Joinery field experience to lead our draftsman team.

Must have 5-7 years experience in 3D interior fit-out company

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of draftsman, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality outcomes and professional growth.
• Oversee the development of detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for interior fit-out projects.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to align technical design with project goals and requirements.
• Address and resolve any design or technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical design within the interior fit-out sector, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and building systems.

Experience:

• Technical Design Manager in an interior fit-out company: 7 years (Required)
