Technical Director--Boiler & Thermal Systems

**About Us:** We are a growing energy solutions provider specializing in industrial boilers, thermal oil heaters, and fuel conversion systems. We partner with international manufacturers to deliver cost-effective solutions to Pakistani industries. **The Role:** You will be our technical backbone - overseeing all projects from feasibility to commissioning. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and project leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** • Supervise installation of boilers, thermal oil heaters, furnaces • Lead commissioning and troubleshooting activities • Conduct site assessments and energy audits • Review technical drawings and specifications • Provide client training and technical support • Ensure compliance with Pakistani standards (PEC, EPA) • Manage quality control during installations **Requirements:** • Bachelor's in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering (PEC registered preferred) • 20+ years in process industries (sugar, textile, chemical, fertilizer) • Hands-on experience with boiler commissioning and troubleshooting • Experience with Chinese/imported equipment is a plus • Willing to travel up to 50% time • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Age: 35-65 years (Retired/semi-retired professionals can also apply) **We Offer:** • Monthly Retainer: PKR 60,000 - 70,000 (negotiable based on experience) • Travel allowance and on-site accommodation • Project performance bonuses • Flexible working hours • Respectful title and decision-making authority • Opportunity to shape a growing company **How to Apply:** Send your CV with subject "Technical Director Application" to: [kxengg@gmail.com]

SPECIFICS:

Minimum 5 years experience on Installation &erection of Chain grate steam boilers primarily DZL,SZL, SZW series of steam and thermal oil boilers from China and Reciprocating Step grate technologies from Thailand and Indonesia

.Must have experience comprising reading and executing civil foundation drawings, mechanical and fabrication erection drawings and supervision,electrical and control systems wiring, drawings. Must have sufficient knowledge of on site fabrication .

Moreover this vacancy would prefer candidates who have had hands on operation maintenance experience on chain grate and associated technologies for combustion on boilers on various industrial scale.

Must be well versed with technical skills as well as strong communication and itnerpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with hands on approach and experience of client handling is a must.
