Job Title: Technical Drafter (Interior Fit-Out / Manufacturing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Drafter to prepare accurate shop drawings and technical documentation for interior fit-out and manufacturing projects. The role requires close coordination with project managers, designers, production, and site teams to ensure drawings are fully compliant with project specifications and execution requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, detailed working drawings, and as-built drawings
• Develop technical drawings for fit out projects, joinery, doors, and custom furniture
• Review design drawings and convert them into manufacturing-ready drawings
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Factory, and Site teams
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and client approvals
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
• Support production and installation teams with technical clarifications

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or Engineering
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or manufacturing
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Experience with joinery and fit-out detailing is essential
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and fabrication methods
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple drawings simultaneously

• Knowledge of site coordination and installation requirements
• UAE experience required.
