Job Summary:

Pure Water Technology is looking for a Technical Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing material submittals, method statements, technical documentation, and design drawings for various water treatment and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and effective coordination with consultants, suppliers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Material Submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
  • Develop and update Method Statements for installation, testing, and commissioning of water treatment systems.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers for technical approvals and clarifications.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of shop drawings, data sheets, and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment comply with project standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Support the QA/QC and Procurement teams in evaluating and selecting materials and equipment.
  • Conduct site visits to provide technical support and ensure that installation work aligns with approved submittals and drawings.
  • Maintain a log of all technical submissions and follow up for timely approvals.
  • Participate in project meetings to address technical queries and provide engineering solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or a related discipline).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in water treatment, wastewater, or MEP projects.
  • Strong understanding of material approval processes and method statement preparation.
  • Familiarity with water treatment systems, pumps, valves, filtration units, and piping materials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple submittals under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), or wastewater treatment systems.
