Technical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a Technical Engineer in Construction supports projects by bridging design and execution, focusing on technical aspects like blueprint analysis, material specifications, quality control, site supervision, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with standards, coordinating with teams, managing documentation, and resolving on-site technical issues for successful, on-budget project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Design: Assist in developing project plans, analyzing blueprints, and ensuring designs meet technical requirements.
• Site Management: Oversee construction activities, conduct site inspections, set out levels, and ensure work aligns with plans.
• Technical Support: Provide expertise to resolve complex technical problems, troubleshoot systems, and support other engineers.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, maintain construction logs, document processes, and manage project documentation.
• Quality & Compliance: Monitor materials, test procedures, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Resource Management: Calculate material needs, manage schedules, and contribute to budget control.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of relevant engineering principles (Civil).
• Proficiency in CAD software, technical analysis, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork.
• Ability to work on-site and in an office environment.
