Key Accountabilities
Project Definition & Design Support
- Review and prepare technical Scopes of Work (SoW), drawings, BOQs, and specifications for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to capture project requirements and constraints.
- Ensure designs and specifications comply with relevant regulations, QCDD / Civil Defense requirements, and association standards.
Tendering & Procurement Support
- Assist in preparation of tender packages, including SoW, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria.
- Support technical evaluation of bids and provide recommendations from a technical perspective.
Site Coordination & Supervision
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and verify compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, FM service providers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely implementation of agreed solutions.
Cost, Documentation & Handover
- Review and verify contractor invoices, CPCs, variation orders, and change requests against site progress and contract terms.
- Ensure all technical documentation, approvals, and test certificates are properly compiled and filed.
- Prepare and support project completion and handover documentation in line with the requirements.
Reporting & Governance
- Provide weekly or periodic project updates, highlighting risks, delays, and required management decisions.
- Escalate critical issues to the Senior Association Manager / GM for timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, QHSE standards, and regulatory requirements at all times
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, facilities management, or community infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of QCDD, Civil Defense, and local authority regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics 365).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Experience working within mixed-use or residential tower environments is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
