Technical Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical submittals, tender documents, project estimations, and technical drawings. The role requires strong proficiency in AutoCAD, technical documentation, and coordination with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit technical submittals in compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
• Develop and review tender documents, BOQs, and technical proposals.
• Prepare cost estimations and material take-offs for projects.
• Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and technical compliance.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
• Assist the project team in technical clarifications and documentation.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, submittals, approvals, and revisions.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with company and industry standards.
• Support project execution by coordinating with site and procurement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in technical submittals, tender preparation, and estimations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and project documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of project estimation software and BOQ preparation.
• Experience in construction/manufacturing/MEP projects is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
