Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect Engineer / Technical Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, design knowledge, and hands-on experience in GCC construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and develop architectural and technical designs in line with project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and company standards
• Manage technical documentation, drawings, and submittals
• Provide technical support during project execution
• Monitor project progress and resolve any design or technical issues
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the construction industry
• GCC experience is required
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in design and technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
