Required Experience
- Must have minimum 7 years of UAE experience in building construction projects.
Job Description
- Ensure relevant specifications are fully and correctly understood, and are effectively communicated to the project team.
- Maintain detailed records of technical developments (e.g.. Changes in designs, etc.)
- Organise meetings with the Consultant's staff as necessary, in order to interpret technical contract requirements, or variations to those requirements correctly.
- Follow up on actions agreed upon in the Management Review Meetings.
- Effective co-ordination of relevant aspects at Construction Kick Off and project mobilization.
- Co-ordinate preparation of As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals and related issues towards effective project close-out.
- Effective co-ordination of all aspects of material / drawing submittals in conjunction with the relevant parties and in line with the relevant schedules.
- Providing details to the Secretary for preparation of the Material / Drawing/ SC Submittal Registers in the beginning of the Project.
- Awareness and effective handling of client complaints (internal and external).
- Review and action as required on internal audit reports.
- Identify and report the occurrence of nonconformities.
- In case of variations to the Contract, maintain all relevant details / records and liaise with the PQS for assessment and effective and timely follow up.
- Ensure the necessary checking of Bar Bending Schedules versus the material delivered.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
