TECHNICAL ENGINEER FOR INTERIOR DECORATION

We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer specializing in Interior Decoration to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge design and execution, ensuring that technical drawings, material specifications, and site works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and precision.

4 years of UAE experience as a Technical Engineer / Interior Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and develop detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and 3D layouts for interior projects.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to translate creative concepts into workable solutions.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, verify quality, and resolve technical issues.
• Provide accurate material specifications, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of interior fit-out projects.
• Propose technical solutions for custom joinery, finishes, furniture, and installations.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 4 years Proven experience as a Technical Engineer / Interior Engineer
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery details, and interior construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and contractors.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
