Title: Technical Engineering Manager

Location: Riyadh

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions to safeguard systems, networks, and data.
• Monitor systems availability of Threat intelligence Systems, SIEM, MFA, IAM and other tools.
• Closure of any vulnerability findings of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing tools
• Manage Threat intelligence platform, endpoint security solutions, and identity & access management (IAM).
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Investigate security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards PCI-DSS & NCA regulations.
• Support audits and risk assessments related to system security.
• Provide technical guidance and training to IT Cyber Team members to ensure awareness.
• Maintain current knowledge of cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology solutions

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Holding of Splunk SE, Security+, or equivalent certifications.
• Three years and above of experience in cybersecurity, systems security within banking or critical infrastructure environments
• Prior experience with Windows, Linux, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) security controls.
• Prior familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies: RSA, Threat Intelligence, SOAR, SIEM, etc.
