Technical Engineers

• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and approved details before starting site execution.
• Interpret construction drawings and convert design requirements into practical site execution.
• Support the project team in solving day-to-day technical and construction-related issues.
• Verify that materials used and works executed meet approved project specifications.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, procurement, and project teams for smooth technical execution.
• Participate in site meetings when technical input is required.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams for civil, architectural, and fit-out works.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project standards.
• Identify drawing conflicts, technical gaps, and site issues, and escalate them for resolution.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers on technical clarifications.
• Conduct site inspections to verify dimensions, levels, materials, and workmanship.
• Support preparation of work sequences and technical requirements for site activities.
• Monitor ongoing works and advise corrective actions where execution does not match requirements.
• Assist in closing technical comments, snags, and consultant observations during execution.
• Ensure all technical activities are aligned with project quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
