One of our leading client in Kuwait requires a full time Technical Expert —Surface Disciplines (Projects/facilities/Operations & maintenance) specifically

This position reports to Superintendent Of the project; Team Leader, T&CD Duration : 2 years Educational Qualification: Graduate in Projects/ Process / Electrical/Mechanical / Design Engineering. Experience: 15-20 years in Surface disciplines overall Position Description: Client intends to hire a Technical expert in surface disciplines with an overall experience of 15-20 years in senior position with Oil & Gas sector-upstream. Exposure and hands-on experience covering from facilities & its operations, production & processing operations with related work processes, maintenance and their SOP (Standard operating procedures), Main Gathering Center Operations & its sub processes and pipeline management . Strong knowledge base and skilled work process experience would constitute an ideal candidate.
Additional knowledge of training systems, Learning management systems, blended learning tools, technical competencies and training needs identification process would support the tasks assigned for this position. Participation in a mentoring/ employee development initiative (as a mentor or trainer in the past) would be an added advantage.
