About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional On-Site Implementation Specialist (Field Technician) to manage installations and implementation at client sites across India and overseas. The role requires hands-on technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong customer-centric approach. The selected candidate will represent our company on-site, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Setup

• Execute on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment/software as per project requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

Client Communication & Conduct

• Interact with clients courteously and professionally, explaining installation processes and product functionality.
• Provide basic training or demonstrations to client personnel post-installation.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor (business-casual or company uniform as applicable).

Issue Identification & Reporting

• Identify and report technical issues, site challenges, or client concerns to the Project Manager promptly.
• Propose practical solutions or workarounds where appropriate.

Documentation & Handover

• Maintain accurate installation records, checklists, and client sign-offs.
• Submit daily activity reports, site updates, and installation photographs.

Coordination & Compliance

• Collaborate with Project Managers and back-office teams for schedules and material readiness.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and site-specific regulations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in English; Hindi is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively 90-95% (domestic and international).

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in on-site installation, implementation, or commissioning.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
• Physically fit to manage on-site activities and equipment handling.
