The Technical Interior Designer is responsible for the technical aspects of interior design projects, ensuring that designs are executed according to specifications, within budget, and on schedule. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural and interior design principles, along with technical expertise in creating detailed design documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the technical development of interior design projects from concept through to completion, including detailed drawing sets, specifications, and material selection.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a reputable university.

Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in interior design with a strong focus on the technical and architectural aspects of design.

Demonstrated expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and other design-related tools.
