Technical Lead

About this opportunity:

In this role you will support the creation, review, and publication of technical product information that is used by customers, service teams, and internal stakeholders. The focus is on delivering the right content in the right format, at the right time, and aligned with product development and release schedules.

We see value in someone who brings knowledge of Ericsson’s products, including both hardware and software within the RAN portfolio, and who understands development processes. You will work closely with development teams, engaging in technical discussions to ensure accuracy and clarity in the information delivered.

You will do:

• Act as the link between product development, technical writers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to ensure clear and timely communication of product information.
• Facilitate the lifecycle of technical content — from planning and authoring to review, approval, localization, and release
• Secure technical accuracy and completeness by validating content with product experts and engineering teams
• Ensure consistency in terminology, structure, and standards across documentation and information assets
• Support continuous improvement of tools, templates, and processes for technical content delivery

You will bring:

• Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or solutions, preferably from a product engineering or customer-facing perspective
• Experience in technical writing, content management, or information architecture
• Ability to interpret complex technical information and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with structured content (e.g., DITA), component content management systems (CCMS), or product information systems (PIM) is an advantage
• Organized, proactive, and confident in driving cross-functional collaboration
• Fundamental Project Management skills
• High skills in co-operation and communication
