Technical Lead

This position is open to candidates from Tamil Nadu only.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers

● Participate in full-stack development across frontend and backend systems

● Design and review system architecture, including microservices and microfrontend architectures

● Develop and maintain scalable backend services

● Work with cloud and server infrastructure, including AWS and aaPanel

● Manage DNS configurations and mail servers (including GoDaddy DNS)

● Identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure timely project delivery

● Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

● Break down requirements into technical tasks and assist with sprint planning

● Act as a technical point of contact between management and the engineering team

● Coordinate with company leadership and the development team to align technical execution with business requirements

Required Skills

● Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Express.js

● Hands-on experience with microfrontend and microservices architectures

● Experience with Docker and container-based deployments

● Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

● Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL (experience with additional databases is a plus)

● Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms

● Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version control

● Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
