Technical Lead

Our client is launching a next-generation Centralized Crypto Exchange (CEX) and looking for a hands on Technical Lead to architect and build the entire trading infrastructure from scratch.

This is a founding level role with full ownership of the exchange's technical backbone.

What You'll Own

• High-performance order matching engine
• Real-time, low-latency trading systems (WebSockets)
• Order book, clearing & settlement architecture
• Custody integrations (Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo)
• Technical sections of exchange license applications (Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Financial Conduct Authority)
• 5+ years building trading systems (CEX/DEX/traditional)
• Experience with high-performance matching engines
• Strong understanding of custody & wallet infrastructure
• Exposure to crypto regulatory frameworks (VARA/MAS/FCA)
• Built exchange from 0 1
• Managed $100M+ daily trading volume
• Smart order routing/liquidity aggregation
• Market making or algorithmic trading knowledge
