Technical Team Lead/fitout

The Sr. Technical Architect for our Interior & Fit Out Company in Dubai plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to oversee various aspects of interior design and fit-out projects.

Design and Conceptualization:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and blueprints for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Create 2D and 3D models, presentations, and renderings to communicate design ideas.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.

Project Management:

• Lead the design and planning phases of architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of the design.
• Monitor project progress, resolve design issues, and ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Technical Documentation:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure that all designs and plans comply with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including tender documents and contract administration.

Client Interaction:

• Attend client meetings to discuss and review project progress, design changes, and adjustments.
• Present design proposals, explain concepts, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Site Supervision and Inspection:

• Supervise construction sites to ensure designs are being executed according to plan, if needed.
• Conduct site visits to review progress, quality of work, and compliance with architectural specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to resolve issues during construction.

Sustainability and Innovation:

• Incorporate sustainable design principles, energy-efficient solutions, and environmentally friendly practices into architectural projects.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, innovative materials, and design technologies to incorporate into future projects.
