Experience – 10 to 16 Yrs

Research and Development of Generative AI Models: Lead the design and development of cutting-edge Generative AI models, techniques, methodologies and frameworks focusing on improving text, image, and multimodal generation capabilities. Innovate new architectures, fine-tune existing models, and optimize for scalability, efficiency, and real-world applications.

Design and Development of AI Agents: Create and implement AI agents capable of perceiving their environment, making decisions, and executing actions with minimal human intervention. This involves developing algorithms and models that enable agents to learn and adapt over time.

Enterprise Orchestration and Management: Oversee the integration and coordination of AI agents within the organization’s existing systems and processes. Ensure that AI solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure AI agents operate within defined policies and regulations. Monitor compliance and implement best practices to maintain system integrity and security.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with organizational goals and user needs

Implementation of Machine Learning Models: Develop and deploy machine learning models that enable AI agents to process data, recognize patterns, and make informed decisions.

Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee the performance of AI agents, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently. This includes troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and updating systems as needed.

Must-haves

Technical expertise in AI and machine learning, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

8-12 Years of experience in AI-related roles, with a strong focus on OpenAI technology.

Proven experience as a Data Scientist/AI researcher with expertise in machine learning and data science.
