Technical Lead – Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud

We are looking for a Technical Lead to provide technical and architectural leadership across the organization, supporting On-Prem and Cloud Operations .

This role is for a hands-on technical leader who can operate at both strategic and deep technical levels , bringing clarity, consistency, and engineering rigor to enterprise and cloud platforms.

You will be the technical authority for core enterprise services and public cloud platforms, guiding teams through complex operational challenges, cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical decision-maker for enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Lead architecture and design across:
• Enterprise services (Exchange / Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID)
• Core network services (DNS, identity, domain architecture)
• Public cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
• Define and govern hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and cloud networking.
• Own cloud landing zones, security guardrails, and architecture standards.
• Guide large-scale on-prem to cloud migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Partner with SecOps and SRE to embed security, reliability, and operational excellence by design.
• Lead technical design reviews, incident escalations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Mentor and elevate large IT teams across infrastructure, cloud, and reliability disciplines.
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure and cloud engineering, with 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365
• Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), IAM
• DNS and enterprise identity services
• Deep experience with AWS and/or Azure, including:
• IaaS and PaaS architecture
• Cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
• Security, IAM, and governance
• Proven experience designing and operating large-scale hybrid environments.
• Ability to produce and review architecture and design documentation.
• Experience in global, enterprise-scale environments.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).
• Infrastructure as Code and automation (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation).
• Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft 365, ITIL, Security).
