Technical Lead (Lead Full Stack Developer)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Full Stack to drive the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. The ideal candidate brings 6–10 years of experience in full-stack development, with deep expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and related technologies. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and the ability to mentor a high-performing development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js.
• Define and implement architecture, coding standards, and best practices, ensuring maintainable and high-quality code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and pair programming.
• Manage integrations with APIs, microservices, and external systems.
• Ensure application performance optimization, scalability, and robust security practices.
• Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS or equivalent).
• Conduct system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for relevant adoptions that align with business goals.
• Contribute to strategic technical planning, helping shape the overall product roadmap and architecture direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proven hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, and Node.js (or Express.js).
• Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Solid experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of API design, RESTful services, and asynchronous data handling.
• Experience with version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab) and Agile development practices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Working knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire team members.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in WordPress integrations or hybrid web environments.
• Cloud expertise (Any of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Experience in microservices architecture or serverless frameworks.
• Portfolio or GitHub showcasing past projects and technical contributions.
