Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Testing Lead with expertise in both manual and automation testing to lead quality assurance efforts in our telecom domain projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom systems, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience with modern testing tools and frameworks. This role involves strategic planning, team coordination, and technical execution to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities:
- 
Define and implement test strategies for telecom applications, covering both manual and automated testing 
- 
Lead a team of testers, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution of test plans 
- 
Collaborate with development, business, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios 
- 
Design and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Serenity BDD, and Mate Automation 
- 
Oversee API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI 
- 
Conduct test case reviews, defect triage meetings, and root cause analysis 
- 
Ensure test coverage across telecom protocols, billing systems, network configurations, and customer-facing applications 
- 
Monitor test execution, track defects, and report quality metrics to stakeholders 
- 
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools 
Requirements:
- 
Strong knowledge of telecom systems including OSS/BSS, CRM, and network management platforms 
- 
Proficiency in both manual testing techniques and automation frameworks 
- 
Hands-on experience with Serenity BDD, Mate Automation, and API testing tools 
- 
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps 
- 
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
