Technical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical IT Manager to lead our IT department, oversee infrastructure and application systems, and drive technology initiatives that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage IT operations including helpdesk, infrastructure, and application support.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor project/team performance.

Technical Oversight

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
• Lead disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity planning.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, licensing, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align IT solutions with business needs.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement emerging technologies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Recommend and deploy tools that enhance productivity and security.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (5–7+ years) in IT management or technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
