Technical Manager

The Role
Guildhall is hiring for a Technical Manager to join a major manufacturing division of one of the UAE’s most trusted and fast-rising developers. They are known for setting high standards in quality, precision, and project delivery, and they are now expanding their production capabilities in Umm Al Quwain and Dubai! As a Technical Manager, you will be leading the joinery and modular furniture factory. - You will make sure all designs and drawings are correct and ready for production. You will guide the engineers and technicians on the factory floor, making sure the work is done properly, on time, and with high quality. - You will work closely with the design team, procurement team, and project team to make sure everything runs smoothly — from the drawing stage to the finished product. - As a Technical Manager, you will be leading the joinery and modular furniture factory. - You will make sure all designs and drawings are correct and ready for production. Key responsibilities: - Lead technical and production operations within a busy joinery and modular furniture factory. - Convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings and clear production plans. - Oversee CNC activities, material use, and overall quality control. - Manage, train, and support a team of engineers and technicians. - Ensure smooth coordination between design, procurement, and project teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in modular joinery or furniture manufacturing (kitchens, wardrobes, doors). - Strong skills in AutoCAD or Cabinet Vision. - Proven experience leading teams on the factory floor. - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment in Umm Al Quwain.
