Technical Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Manager with strong expertise in Data to lead a team, drive end-to-end delivery, and take full ownership of technical projects. If you have a solid background in data engineering, analytics, and SQL, this role lets you make a real impact while guiding your team to success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data engineers and analysts.
• Own end-to-end delivery of data projects and take full accountability for outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ensure best practices in data architecture, modeling, and governance.
• Solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in data engineering and analytics.
• Expert-level SQL skills and solid understanding of core data concepts.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
• Proactive, responsible, and committed to owning your work from start to finish.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of Boomi or other integration platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions.
