Position: Manage IT

Experience: At least 5 Years’

Salary: 200k-220k

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Job Duties

• Oversee and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including Cisco-managed switches, MikroTik firewalls, and Grandstream access points, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Manage IP telephony systems (Grandstream UCM PBX and IP phones) to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality communication across all sites.

• Provide remote IT support to users and branch offices while effectively leading and managing a distributed IT team.

• Administer server infrastructure, including RAID storage systems, ensuring uptime, reliability, and efficient data center operations.

• Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard organizational data and ensure rapid recovery in case of system failures.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies such as VR and innovative digital tools, assessing their potential and integrating them into business operations when relevant.

• Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.

• Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management to optimize cost efficiency and maintain strong partnerships.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
