We are looking for a Technical Manager with 5+ years of experience in fit-out and exhibition projects, who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of fit-out and exhibition projects from concept to completion
- Review IFC drawings and oversee the preparation of shop drawings, joinery details, and technical documentation
- Provide technical guidance to design, site, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee material submittals, method statements, technical proposals, and ensure timely approvals
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Resolve complex technical and construction issues with effective solutions
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for technical clarifications and approvals
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against project timelines
- Support project planning, risk assessment, and cost control from a technical standpoint
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in fit-out and exhibition projects, with leadership exposure
- Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing, joinery, and finishing works
- Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD / Revit is a plus
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
