Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager with 5+ years of experience in fit-out and exhibition projects, who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of fit-out and exhibition projects from concept to completion
• Review IFC drawings and oversee the preparation of shop drawings, joinery details, and technical documentation
• Provide technical guidance to design, site, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee material submittals, method statements, technical proposals, and ensure timely approvals
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Resolve complex technical and construction issues with effective solutions
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for technical clarifications and approvals
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against project timelines
• Support project planning, risk assessment, and cost control from a technical standpoint

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in fit-out and exhibition projects, with leadership exposure
• Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing, joinery, and finishing works
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD / Revit is a plus
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
