Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee the technical execution of high-end fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior fit-out, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage design coordination, engineering, and project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical department and provide guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all drawings and specifications comply with project requirements and local authority regulations.
• Oversee design coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and joinery disciplines.
• Support project teams in planning, execution, and timely completion of fit-out works.
• Conduct technical meetings and provide engineering solutions to site challenges.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support to achieve project milestones.
• Mentor and develop technical staff to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in Fit-Out projects.
• Proven experience managing luxury commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and UAE building regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
• Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
