Technical Manager - Civil & MEP (Housing Project)

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in technical management within the construction industry in the UAE, preferably in high-rise towers, villas and hotels' projects experience.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design coordination, and compliance standards.

Experience in problem-solving and optimizing technical solutions.

Industry-related certifications preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Work Conditions: On-site role in Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
