Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for tender review, analysis, and management submittals including but not limited to interpretation of client requirements & proposal of the best solution, conceptual & detailed process design, process, and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), civil and equipment layout drawings, power and chemical requirements, procurement, full cost estimation and life cycle cost analysis and other submittal documentation as required.

Evaluate tender/proposal content requirements, assess feasibility, and manage deliverables.

Direct and manage a local team and company-wide subject experts to develop comprehensive, winning solutions, designs, and bids for multinational water companies & EPCs.

Develop and implement training for team members to ensure continuous skill enhancement and knowledge sharing.

Liaise with client/end-user at all stages to ensure a successful outcome.

Work closely with the engineer to develop technical solutions in line with the Company’s standards and overall philosophy.

Search and implement new technologies, processes, and product partners to ensure optimal solutions and opportunities for successful awards.

Technically and commercially review and sign off proposals under the relevant management approval structure.

Represented the company at meetings, giving presentations, and holding technical/commercial negotiations.

Develop in-house production of equipment and plants.

Identify and negotiate agreements/joint ventures with small business partners / key suppliers to boost project award prospects.

Undertake, develop & perform Company risk assessments & HAZOP as required.
Skills:
-
Expert in all Water & Waste Water Treatment Processes.

Interpretation of Tenders.
-
Well-experienced in process and hydraulic design.
-
Experience in design software.
-
Experienced with the engineering of in-house production of water treatment equipment and plants.

Strong understanding of local and international water and wastewater regulations and standards.

Effective interpersonal communication and leadership.

Organizing, coordination, supervision, decision-making, task closing and reporting.
Qualification:
-
Degree in Mechanical/Process/Industrial/Environmental Engineering.
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of waste & potable water treatment process design.
-
Minimum 5 years experience in the Leading team/Departments.
