is responsible for translating complex technical capabilities and solutions into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with customers. The role bridges the gap between
Sales

Research and Development (R&D)
,
Product Management
, and
Marketing
to ensure technical strengths are effectively communicated, playing a pivotal part in how we educate, engage, and empower customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll create high-quality technical content to support demand generation, sales enablement, and customer retention. This role is ideal for someone who understands complex technology but can explain it in simple, compelling ways to technical and business audiences alike.
Job Responsibilities:
Content & Collateral Creation:

Develop, manage, and optimize customer-facing technical marketing assets such as help guides, release documentation, onboarding workflows, case studies, FAQs, and training videos.

Collaborate with technical teams to distill capabilities into clear value propositions and technical narratives that resonate with technical buyers.

Collaborate with marketing team to craft technically relevant campaigns and nurture flows.

Use tools such as
Microsoft Office
,
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
, and
Adobe
products to create rich multimedia and sales enablement assets.
Training Content Development:

Drive excellence in training asset delivery using industry-standard tools such as
Articulate 360
,
Adobe RoboHelp
, and other products.

Build interactive and scalable eLearning modules using
Articulate Rise/Storyline
and similar content creation tools. Assist in maintaining the LMS and ensuring content version control.
Content Governance:

Maintain tone, consistency, and technical accuracy across all content.

Support internal content audits and taxonomy improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

3-5 years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or product management at a B2B software company.

Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud/SaaS, or developer tools.

Experience translating technical concepts into customer-facing language and marketing collateral.

Excellent project management and communication skills.
-
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Support.

A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Ability to perform both on the tactical and strategic level.

Capable of analyzing data to inform decisions and measure the impact of work.

Proficient with

Strong understanding of content hierarchy, modular writing, and SEO principles.

Experience with CMS/LMS platforms and CRM-integrated content workflows.
