Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to our client before the tender stage and in the pre-qualification stage.
  • Receive tender documents from the sales team to review and check if they’re related to the company's scope.
  • Study the tender’s package process and related technical specifications.
  • Review the required tender items purchasing process with local and foreign purchasing teams and support them in the technical aspects.
  • Prepare technical offers and related technical datasheets to submit to the sales team for pricing and close the tender envelope for the client’s review.
  • Receive technical clarification of the clients from the sales team and respond to it.
  • Hold online meetings with clients to close any technical inquiries.
  • Prepare detailed packing lists and technical documents for clients' approval.
  • Check the client’s comments and updated details if required.
  • Communicate with the planning team regarding the current stock to prioritize it in the production process.
  • Revise the document of approval until receiving the client’s final confirmation to proceed with the order.
  • Submit the final approved documents to the operation, planning, and purchasing team to proceed with manufacturing accordingly.
  • Provide technical support for the quality team during our internal inspection.
  • Provide technical support during the client’s inspection in case of any technical comments from the client’s side.


You're a great fit if you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 0-2 Years' of experience in the same field
  • Fluent Written and Verbal English
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and Access)
  • Proficient in AutoCad is a must and Dialux is a plus
