Technical Office Engineer – Architecture (Mid-Level & Supervisor Opportunities)

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐎𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 — 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐡 𝐙𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝, 𝐆𝐢𝐳𝐚

Responsibilities:

*Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of architectural shop drawings in line with project specifications, approved IFC drawings, and consultant requirements.

*Oversee and validate AutoCAD-based shop drawing production, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with codes, bylaws, and site conditions.

*Coordinate architectural drawings with Civil and MEP disciplines, proactively identifying and resolving clashes prior to execution.

*Prepare and review BOM and BOQ, ensuring quantities align with approved drawings and executed works.

*Support document control by ensuring proper issuance, tracking, and distribution of approved drawings and revisions.

*Perform quantity surveying for architectural works when required and support monthly progress claims.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering.

*Proven experience in a Technical Office environment, with exposure to large-scale projects: 2–3 years for Mid-Level roles and 7+ years for Supervisor level.

*Proven expertise in AutoCAD and architectural shop drawing production.

*Strong experience in BOM/BOQ preparation, material submittals, and quantity surveying.

*Solid understanding of construction codes, bylaws, specifications, and site execution requirements.

*Experience handling RFIs, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.

*Strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work under delivery pressure.
