Technical Office Engineer

Assan Panel is one of the 22 group companies of Kibar Holding and started to operate in 1990 in Tuzla. Assan Panel is the leader of the sandwich panel market in Turkey and the largest sandwich panel producer in the Middle East, exporting to more than 85 countries with the production facilities in Turkey, Jordan, Azerbaijan and Sales subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and Hungary. Since 2010, it has achieved a record capacity utilization rate of 85%, which is uncommon in Turkey and the rest of the world, with sales capacity of 24,000,000 m2 of output.

Assan Panel also has polyurethane systems business unit under AssanChem as well as AFG Çelik Yapi company providing EPCM solutions in building envelope, roof top solar plants, cold rooms and construction of industrial buildings.

We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer for our facility based in Istanbul.

Job Description

• Take ownership of technical office processes across projects, ensuring smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, and site teams
• Follow up and coordinate all logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and resources
• Prepare, monitor, and continuously update project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestones
• Support cost control activities by tracking, analyzing, and reporting project expenditures in line with approved budgets
• Prepare and maintain detailed packing lists in coordination with project and logistics teams
• Oversee shipment planning and execution processes to ensure efficient and well-organized deliveries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Strong understanding of technical office workflows and project coordination processes
• Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking ability
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and related tools
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in a similar role is considered a strong advantage
• Fluent english speaking, writing
