Technical Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager with a background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering to lead and manage technical office operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical office activities, documentation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate between engineering, projects, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Review technical drawings, designs, and specifications (Electrical/Mechanical).
  • Manage technical documentation, schedules, and project requirements.
  • Support preparation of plans, BOQs, and technical submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and project specifications.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of technical office procedures and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely deliverables.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing technical office teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and drawing/document control systems.
  • Experience in industrial / construction / MEP projects.
