About the Job


We are looking for a “Technical Office Manager (PMO)” for our projects located in Türkiye.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil, Mechanical, E&E Engineering or a related field of Engineering,

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Technical Office functions within large-scale industrial or EPC projects,

• Experienced in Power & Heat, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects,

• Extensive experience in project controls, cost management, contract management, quantity surveying, and progress tracking and reporting,

• Strong knowledge and experience of project planning systems, Primavera P6, contract and subcontract/subcontractor management, variation orders, and claims preparation,

• Excellent command of MS Office programs (particularly Excel and Word),

• Fluency in English,

• Excellent report drafting skills,

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively coordinate, motivate and inspire a team,

• High analytical and decision-making skills,

• Capable of working in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment,

• Adherence to corporate ethical standards, accuracy, and high attention to detail.


Job Description:


• Managing and coordinating all activities within the Technical Office and PMO structure, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and project requirements,

• Lead teams responsible for quantity take-off, progress monitoring, subcontractor progress evaluation, and project documentation,

• Continual review and approval of subcontractor interim and final progress payments with all supporting documentation,

• Implementing and presenting essential reporting to management as requested regarding current status of subcontract agreements and status of subcontractors’ receipts, recording and evaluation of subcontractor reports, filtering the critical data and conveying those to responsible parties,

• Interaction and communication with subcontractors regarding status of works, subcontract agreements, payments and any other critical issues,

• Supervise the preparation and verification of quantities, as-built data, and measurement sheets,

• Oversee the preparation of variation orders and ensure proper documentation for client/employer and subcontractor claims,

• Coordinating closely with projects’ planning, cost control, procurement, and site construction teams to maintain schedule and budget integrity,

• Preparing and presenting periodic project progress reports to senior management and clients,

• Ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the PMO framework,

• Supporting the implementation of corporate project management methodologies, tools, and best practices,

• Ensuring all project documentation, reports, and deliverables are accurate, clear, and timely submitted.
