Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee daily technical operations, manage teams, and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align operations with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Supervise daily technical operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop technical staff to achieve performance excellence.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and implement best practices for operational success.
• Technology Integration: Oversee adoption of new tools and systems to enhance service delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
• Vendor & Client Collaboration: Manage relationships with partners and clients to align expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in technical operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of operations management, technology systems, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage operations in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.

Pay: Up to KD2,600.000 per month
