Location: NYC, NY/Wilmington, DE (Hybrid & need only locals to NY/NJ/DE)

We need: A SENIOR (10+ YEARS) PRODUCT ANALYST OR A TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST (NOT PRODUCT MANAGER) WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCESUPPORTING CREDIT CARD PLATFORMS AND API’S AROUND CREDIT CARDS. CANDIDATES MUST SIT IN EITHER MIDTOWN, NYC OR WILMINGTON DE. COLUMBUS, OHIO IS NOT A LOCATION THEY WILL NO LONGER CONSIDER. ***CANDIDATES WITH A DEVELOPMENT/API BACKGROUND ARE A HOMERUN! NO OHIO, NO H1, NO PRODUCT MANAGERS. ****COMMUNICATION SKILLS MUST BE EXCELLENT.

Preferred Background & Skills:

• 5–8+ years of experience in product analysis within card issuing platforms or transaction processing systems.
• Experience working on in-house platforms (not just third-party issuer processors).
• Deep understanding of authorization message flows (ISO 8583), credit card transaction lifecycle, decisioning logic, and payment rails.
• Strong knowledge of banking and payment compliance, such as PCI DSS, and an understanding of authorization risk.
• Hands-on experience working with technology teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed enterprise environment like a top-tier bank.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL (for data analysis), and API documentation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $111,513.47 - $140,000.00 per year
