Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Job Description:

Are you passionate about technology and eager to grow in the dynamic world of product management? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team and learn the ins and outs of low code platforms while making a real impact on our products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with industry-leading H&S platform. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who will mentor you in product management best practices while you help deliver solutions that matter.

Expected Deliverables:

· Track and manage enhancement requests from users and internal teams

· Document bug reports with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment

· Coordinate with technical partners for bug fixes and enhancements

· Follow up on implementation status and validate fixes

· Maintain up-to-date status of all pending product issues

· Create clear documentation of workarounds for known issues

· Execute test cases for new features before rollout

· Document test results and feature behavior

· Validate bug fixes and enhancements

· Coordinate user acceptance testing when needed

· Maintain test case documentation

· Communication & Documentation:

· Create and distribute monthly platform update newsletters

· Maintain user guides and documentation

· Document new feature specifications and changes

· Prepare status updates for stakeholder meetings

· Keep knowledge base articles current

· Monitor platform performance and stability

· Report on recurring issues and trends

· Support basic platform administration tasks

· Assist users with platform-related queries

Required qualifications/certificates:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field

· 1-2 years hands-on experience with low code platforms (Enablon, SAP, InfoExchange, or similar)

· Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in business solutions

· Experience with AI-powered automation tools or workflows

· Experience using ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar)

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and organization skills

· Ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation

· Basic SQL knowledge

· Previous experience in software testing or QA

· Understanding of API concepts

· Familiarity with Health & Safety (H&S) systems

· Experience with prompt engineering or AI model integration

· Experience creating technical documentation

· Knowledge of AI governance and best practices

· Clear and concise communication style

· Problem-solving mindset

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Team player mentality

· Self-motivated learner

· Strong time management skills

· The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both

Software/tools

Enablon, SAP, InfoExchange or Low-Code tools, JIRA, ServiceNow

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
