Responsibilities :


  • Managing own and countries’ Prices, margins, and P&Ls.
  • Building commercial plans and Annual target setting with each country.
  • Track and review performance by country and ensure achievement of agreed upon Targets.
  • Conduct country market research to better understand shoppers and consumers behaviours.
  • Work with Distributors, Marketing and Factory teams in new product development for various markets.
  • Liaise with factory to ensure the production and freshness of export stock by order.
  • Prepare all needed health certificates and documents to ensure timely shipping of export orders.
  • Manage booking of shipping containers.
  • Tracking orders and shipment status, communicate with markets to confirm ETA.
  • Ensure correct assignment of pricing on the system by market.
  • Ensure correct assignment of trade spend by market.
  • Ensure Distributors balances are settled on timely basis.
  • Collect relevant market data and create reports accordingly (sales, base product, KPIs, etc).
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies. “GDPR, CL TA and ABC”


Qualifications :



  • University Graduate in a relevant field
  • 3-6 years of experience in Exports, Trade Marketing and/or Marketing with Sales experience or exhibits strong functional skill and leadership capabilities.
  • Good record of success in a customer (not limited to Key Accounts) facing role.
  • Understands customers and the selling process.

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.


Preferred Skills :


  • Experience in the ice cream or food industry.
  • Familiarity with export regulations and logistics.
