Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master/TPO role
- Familiarity with software development processes
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement
- Strong understanding of other Agile frameworks
- Exceptional communication and servant leadership abilities
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Outstanding organizational capabilities
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Scrum Master certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and timelines
- Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, meetings, and daily standups
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies
- Facilitate internal communication and promote effective collaboration
- Act as primary contact for external communications from customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and process new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles as they arise
- Support teams in implementing changes efficiently
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the conclusion of each sprint
- Elevate development teams to greater Scrum maturity
- Foster a productive environment where team members take ownership and enjoy their work
- Lead innovation initiatives and oversee end-to-end product launches
- Work alongside Digital Business partners and vendors to co-develop roadmaps, driving products and features from concept to launch in a dynamic setting
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders—including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement
- Transform data insights into actionable products for customers
- Operate in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, and identifying opportunities and risks
- Liaise with stakeholders and customers to inform product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization decisions
- Collaborate with business units to develop, own, and execute the product roadmap
- Translate product roadmaps into well-defined requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs, balancing stakeholder requirements
- Lead functional design processes, leveraging deep user and technical knowledge
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring product management, marketing, and sales are equipped for success
- Develop and maintain tracking/reporting of product performance post-launch to inform future investments

Benefits
Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
