Description

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the client experience for your account working closely with both internal & external resources onshore and offshore. Primary responsibilities include addressing customers' needs and concerns in a timely manner, communicating effectively, and prioritizing tasks and requests accordingly, as well as ensuring the health of the account.

Responsibilities

  • Being aware of and taking ownership of the overall account to include (but not limited to) business requirements, standard practices and procedures, and specific brand configurations
  • Having an understanding of and clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including various levels of leadership
  • Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Having an understanding of the product and the general enhancements being made across the enterprise
  • Documenting changes and updating processes for future reference
  • Identifying ways to streamline processes, simplify and accelerate execution, manage objectives and key results, release on time, and bring tooling efficiencies.
  • Managing the health of the account from an external (client facing) as well as internal (environment stability) perspectives
  • Having an understanding of the product delivery process and the requirements (enhancements/bugs) brought forth by the client to document and articulate to applicable internal teams (product, development, etc)
  • Responsible for creating and/or maintaining product testing and environment sanity testing cases as per brand requirements & configurations
  • Coordinating between external and internal parties to plan, communicate and execute on releases

Requirements

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with project management tools (such as trello, smartsheet or monday.com) and product management tools (such as JIRA or confluence)
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS as well as tools such as Jenkins
  • Strong experience with SQL, creating queries and how to query against various databases
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Familiarity with the product delivery process including waterfall & agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 8-10 years of experience working in similar roles within the technology industry, preferably with cloud-based environments.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in the project life cycle, from conception to delivery.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Strong proficiency with G Suite, familiarity with business productivity applications (Zoom, Slack, CRM), and a high level of comfort in getting up to speed with new technology.
