Job Description

Technical Program Manager
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid – 3 days/week)

About the Role
The Technical Program Manager is an individual contributor role within the Tech & AI (TAI) department, responsible
for driving AI-led initiatives that improve how teams work and deliver outcomes across the company.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-functional programs, working closely with Business,
Engineering, Product, Practice Leaders, and L&D to ensure initiatives are well-prioritized, executed with clarity, and
successfully adopted into everyday workflows.
You will operate through influence, structured execution, and strong collaboration, partnering with diverse
stakeholders while focusing on outcomes rather than process.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and automation programs, from structured intake and planning to
execution, rollout, and outcome tracking.
  • Drive the Tech & AI roadmap and maintain a prioritized pipeline of AI and automation opportunities.
  • Partner with business and practice leaders to translate needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enable predictable delivery and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Track and report program progress, risks, dependencies, and agreed-upon impact metrics.
  • Support evaluation and onboarding of third-party AI and automation platforms, including build-vs-buy
discussions.
  • Maintain program documentation and artifacts to support transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the Automation/AI Maturity Index (AMI).
  • Partner with practice teams to assess maturity, track progress, and identify improvement areas.
  • Coordinate AI awareness and enablement initiatives in partnership with L&D and Automation/AI Champion
groups.
  • Ensure AI and automation solutions are not only delivered but adopted and embedded into delivery
workflows.

What You’ll Need
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Program Management roles.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity in a matrixed environment.
  • Sufficient technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering, platform, and AI teams.
  • Experience driving programs that span planning, execution, and rollout phases.

What Will Help You Stand Out
  • Experience working on AI, automation, or internal platform programs.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale tools, internal systems, or transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with maturity models, operating frameworks, or capability assessments.
  • Experience supporting build-vs-buy evaluations or third-party platform onboarding.
  • Experience partnering with L&D or enablement teams on adoption programs.
  • High ownership mindset; ability to execute in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

Why iQuanti

intelligent solutions that drive measurable efficiency and quality improvements.
You will be part of a culture that values clarity of execution, thoughtful innovation, and continuous improvement.
This role offers high visibility within the Tech & AI organization and a long-term opportunity to grow into broader
portfolio and PMO ownership as AI operating models mature.
