Technical Project Coordinator

Job Description:

-Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours,

-Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.

-Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

-Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests

-Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves

-Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

-Ensuring project deadlines are met.

-Determining project changes.

-Providing administrative support as needed.

-Undertaking project tasks as required.

-Developing project strategies.

-Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

-Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

-Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

-Ensure client's views are managed towards the best solution.

-Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes of meetings to all project team members.

-Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Requirements:

-Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, and Excel.

-Knowledge of Trello or other project management tools would be a plus.

-Ability to work on tight deadlines.

-Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in the related field.

-Degree: Bachelor's degree in BSCS, BSIT, or related field of study.

-Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
