Technical Project Coordinator

Role Purpose:

The Technical Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of energy sector projects. This role is responsible for managing documentation, liaising with suppliers and clients, monitoring timelines, and ensuring projects are executed in line with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:

- Support end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Prepare and maintain project packs, schedules, trackers, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Ensure project compliance with company processes and industry best practices.

• Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with overseas clients to manage expectations and provide project updates.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clarity on deliverables, costs, and timescales.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely responses.

• Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, approvals, procurement data, and invoices.
- Support finance teams with timely invoice processing and supplier account management.
- Produce progress reports and present updates to management and clients.

• Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management (preferred) or related discipline such as Engineering, Energy, or Business with project coordination experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Skills & Experience:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) – essential for dealing with overseas clients.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with tools such as CRM systems, Salesforce, JIRA, Monday.com, or other project/contract management platforms is advantageous.
