The Technical Project Engineer plays a vital role in supporting Metal Park’s operational and technical excellence by coordinating all facility-related activities with Quant (Facilities Management Service Provider) and other internal and external stakeholders. The position ensures that all MEP, civil, and fit-out works are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with Metal Park standards and KEZAD regulations.

This role serves as the technical liaison between Metal Park, Quant, members, and partners, providing end-to-end technical assistance during onboarding, site inspections, and ongoing facility operations.


Responsibilities

Facilities Management Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Metal Park and Quant for all facilities management activities.
  • Monitor and review the performance of Quant, ensuring service levels meet contractual and operational

expectations

  • Coordinate technical issues, maintenance schedules, and AMC activities in collaboration with Quant and

relevant departments.

  • Ensure prompt resolution of facility-related concerns raised by members or internal stakeholders.


Site Inspections and Technical Assessments

  • Conduct routine and ad-hoc site inspections across Metal Park facilities to identify maintenance, safety, or

compliance issues.

  • Support pre-handover and post-handover technical evaluations for member units and common areas.
  • Document and report site observations, technical non-conformities, and improvement recommendations to

the Operational Excellence Team Lead.


Member and Partner Onboarding Support

  • Provide technical support during the onboarding of new members and partners, ensuring their setup aligns

with Metal Park’s infrastructure and safety guidelines.

  • Assist in reviewing and coordinating MEP, civil, and fit-out requirements for member facilities.
  • Liaise with the Technical Project Manager to ensure smooth integration of member utilities, safety systems,

and operational readiness.


MEP, Civil, and AMC Oversight

  • Oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Civil works related to Metal Park’s facilities.
  • Coordinate technical AMC contracts, ensuring preventive maintenance plans are executed effectively.
  • Support the review of fit-out proposals, layouts, and drawings for compliance with Metal Park’s standards.


Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, maintenance reports, and vendor performance.
  • Support the preparation of technical summaries, project updates, and reports for management review.
  • Ensure all technical documentation aligns with Metal Park’s quality and safety protocols.


Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil,MEP engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role

Special Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software tools.
