Team Lead – Project Guide Management (Technical)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to manage and mentor a Project Guide Team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on technical knowledge, a solid understanding of project development lifecycles, and the ability to guide teams working on technical projects. This role is not for call center agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Project Team supporting technical projects
• Review, evaluate, and guide software/technical projects end-to-end
• Ensure project quality, technical correctness, and adherence to timelines
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural direction
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical or project-related issues
• Track team performance, productivity, and project milestones
• Coordinate with Business Team to align project goals and deliverables
• Create and improve project guidelines, documentation, and best practices
• Train and mentor team members on technical and project management skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical background.
• Hands-on experience with project development (academic, enterprise, or client-based)
• Knowledge of project methodologies
• Ability to review code, designs, and technical documentation
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills (technical + team leadership)

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be a technical professional, not a call center or non-technical manager
• Proven experience in managing or guiding technical projects
• Ability to understand and evaluate real-world technical implementations
