Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in the banking and financial technology sectors. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline while adhering to high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The role requires a focus on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects, overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to optimize project outcomes, including automation of processes and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor project performance using data analytics tools, preparing reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage project budgets, achieving cost-efficiency while meeting delivery milestones.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on banking, financial technology, or operations. Preferably Transaction or Corporate Banking.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on time.
  • Experience with digital transformation and automation projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
